Machine Installation, Automation and Process Development
New Ford P703 Carpet moulding line installation and process establishment for a major supplier to Ford SA. Once the machine install is complete, PLC development and programming to ensure a stable automated manufacturing process.
Operator and maintenance training done, machine and process goes through a final commissioning phase and handed over to the company including all relevant literature.
Equipment and Machine Haulage
